How can we help?
Most answers are below. If yours isn't, write to us and a person will reply.
Is Hyperhop free?
Yes. Hyperhop is free to download and play, and it has no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. Your progress stays on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud if you use it.
Which devices does it run on?
Hyperhop runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
Can I play offline?
You need a connection to load articles, but pages you've already opened are kept so a weak signal doesn't end a round.
Where do the articles come from?
Every article is a real Wikipedia article, loaded live in your language.
How do I play with friends?
Open Rooms and share the code, or send a challenge code from any round.
My streak broke but I played yesterday.
The daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC. If you played before midnight UTC in your time zone, that counts as the previous day.
How do streak shields work?
Solving a weekly challenge earns a shield, up to two. If you miss a day, a shield covers it automatically.
How do I change the language?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, choose Apps, then Hyperhop, then Language. The menus and the articles change together.
My progress didn't move to my new iPhone.
Make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on for Hyperhop.
An article contains something it shouldn't.
Articles come live from Wikipedia. Email us the article's name and we'll keep it out of puzzles.
How do I reset my progress?
Open Settings in Hyperhop and choose Reset progress. This removes it from all your devices.
